Campanha Veta, Dilma! pede à Presidente do Brasil para não permitir mais desmatamentos

Na manhã desta quarta-feira (14) uma manifestação em frente à embaixada brasileira em Berlim marcará mais uma fase da campanha Veta, Dilma!
Idealizada pelo WWF-Brasil, a ciberação Veta, Dilma! ganha adeptos em várias partes do mundo. A campanha tem versões em português, inglês, espanhol e alemão.
O ato em Berlim mostrará que em menos de uma semana foram colhidas 63 mil adesões para envio da mensagem à presidente do Brasil.
O objetivo é lembrar à presidente do compromisso público feito durante a campanha presidencial de não permitir ou autorizar qualquer iniciativa que promova desmatamentos i
legais e mais destruição de florestas.
Um telefone de emergência vermelho, cartazes de protesto e até mesmo uma bateria de samba e apresentações de capoeira chamam a atenção de alemães e brasileiros residentes naquele país para a situação brasileira e as conseqüências da reforma do Código Florestal brasileiro.
“Estamos chamando a atenção da sociedade para que esteja atenta a este tema tão complexo, que terá repercussão na vida de todos no Brasil e no mundo. É fundamental que a presidente cumpra com sua palavra e vete os dispositivos que concedam anistia a crimes ambientais e que promovam desmatamentos”, afirmou Maria Cecília Wey de Brito, secretária-geral do WWF-Brasil.
